About Integrated Movement Studio
We are a fitness studio in Chiswick on a mission to get West London to move more. Our main goal is to help bring variety to anyone who wants more from their individual movement practice. We offer group fitness classes : pole fitness, pole dance and small group training classes for all levels. We also provide personal training sessions with instructors who specialise in injury prevention & recovery, plus sized movement, strength training for dancers, polers and aerialists.
We hope to be your home away from home where you can move your body in a way that feels good for you!

Private Sessions
We want you to move, feel and function better! Whether you want to make progress on your pole goals with a pole 1-2-1, learn how to lift with a Personal Trainer or you're coming back to the gym after a break. Get in touch we have the right trainer for you.

Group Fitness
​
We offer small group fitness classes. Class sizes are limited capacity so you get a lot of personalised attention. Classes include: strength training, mobility and flexibility, matt Pilates and more

Drop in session £24
Studio Hire
​
We have three wonderful spaces open to external hire. We have a fully equipped personal training studio. Our small dance studio can be used for private pole and aerial training. Hire our large studio for workshops.
